Triangle Family Restaurant in Grayslake

I go there at least 3 times a week to brighten my day. There service,smiles, people,great food prepared by long time chefs will turn any mediocre day into a super fantastic one!

Went here for the first time to have lunch today I have a split peas soup and grilled chicken sandwich it was really good great restaurants great family environment server end and staff was really friendly there were awesome with the elders and the veterans that came to dine great place.

It was our first time and were not disappointed. I loved the Greek wrap! It came with soup and fries. Chicken noodle soup was delish! Great service. We had Robin she was a delight. Kiddos enjoyed the Micky mouse chocolate chip pancakes! Hubby enjoyed the garden skillet! Definitely going back!

I liked the chicken alphabet soup and the fresh brewed ice tea. The side salad was very rudimentary; mostly ice berg lettuce with a couple slices of cucumber. Bread basket was pretty good.

Always good soups. Borasted chicken or pork chops are outstanding.

Really good food. Went with a relative. They had the gyro special. When it came out the meat was cold and dry. Sent it back and got another plate of the gyro special amd this time it was fantastic. I had a wrap and it was really tasty. The saganaki (goat cheese) was spectacular.

I have mix emotions about this Restaurant. Sometimes customer service is good and sometimes not so good. Coffee is watered down. Good food though.

Fruit cup that came with breakfast was notably good! Ripe, flavorful, sweet cantalope, honeydew, orange. My corned beef hash and eggs tasted as one would expect, which is a good thing! Staff was friendly and attentive. Pretty busy on a Saturday morning but there was no wait.

Severely understaffed. Ordered coffee, never got a refill. Food was bland and lacking any flavor. No salt and pepper, no jelly for toast and food was barely warm when it arrived at our table. Large brown hair wrapped inside the napkin with my silverware.

Highly recommended! I’ve been coming here for years. The waitresses are very personable. They have great personalities, along with work ethic. The owners are always there checking and helping with the restaurant. You never not see the owners or employees slacking. It’s not just a typical restaurant. It is a very family oriented place! We have tried many breakfast places since moving to Lake County in 1999, and Triangle is by far the best! The hash browns, pancakes, eggs and even soups are the best! Plus, it’s a reasonable price and family owned.

Great family owned business serving breakfast, lunch and early dinner. Been around for many years always with excellent staff and service. Moderately cheap, great portions and very positive environment.

Love coming here. Food is good and reasonably priced. Get a ton of food for your buck. Just moved to the area and so far the best restaurant we've been to. Servers are always nice and attentive.

Home feel and very attentive

I had a chocolate chip Belgian waffle there and it honestly reminded me of being a kid and having them on Saturday morning, like my dad used to make with his big old fashioned waffle maker. Delicious!

We love the triangle for weekend breakfast. The staff is so friendly and the food is pure comfort. We've gone later a few times and tried the homemade soups and sandwiches. They are delicious too. It's a great neighborhood diner.
